The new telephone opening hours will allow the staff at Cruise365 to be able to help with guests repatriation who are currently abroad and will also help the team to make claims on guests behalf.
All of our guests currently abroad have our direct contact details, in the unlikely event you need to contact us out of hours please can you email reservations@cruise365.com with the nature of your query, our team will get back to you as soon as possible and within 24 hours.
