Every day presents a realm of choices, from signature Jacques Pépin classics to an incredible spectrum of global flavors and an all-new Executive Chef’s Tasting Menu. Polo Grill

Polo Grill delights diners with the ultimate classic steakhouse experience presented with timeless reverence. Richly layered decor and an abundance of custom millwork create an imaginative rendition of tradition set against crisp white linen tablecloths while a cadre of black jacketed servers set the tone for an evening of gracious dining. Each course stands as the very definition of time-honored favorites, most notably the beef dishes, all of which are 28-day dry aged certified Black Angus USDA Prime, while succulent seafood dishes such as grilled swordfish and whole Maine lobster gratinée are also classics in their own right.

Toscana

Toscana presents an evolution of Tuscan cuisine in a truly Italian setting of rich Chianina leather, hand-blown Venetian glass and Carrara marble. Evolved from generational family traditions, many of our recipes originated with the mothers and grandmothers of our own Italian culinary staff. Presented on elegant, custom-designed Versace china, masterfully prepared dishes exemplify the essence of Tuscany and celebrate Italy’s culinary passion. Perhaps the evening begins with the octopus carpaccio with Champagne vinaigrette or the artichoke and parmesan cheese timbale with black truffle sauce, followed by classic dishes such as the hand-rolled gnocchi with pesto, a rich risotto with lobster medallions and shallots, or a pan-seared sea bass filet finished with Sorrento lemon, chardonnay and capers.

Red Ginger

Red Ginger radiates harmony and tranquility while evoking the boldness and subtleties of the extraordinary Pan-Asian dishes our talented chefs have created. Much like the room itself, the Thai, Korean, Japanese and Malaysian rooted specialties are a mélange of spicy and soothing, savory and sweet to please virtually every palate. Begin with a Spicy Duck & Watermelon Salad with cashews, mint and Thai basil. Savor Chicken Shio Ramen Noodles with tofu, shiitake mushroom and bok choy or opt for a Seven Spices Crusted Lamb Rack with fresh wasabi lamb jus. To complement the bold and multifaceted flavors of the Pan-Asian dishes here, the cocktail and beverage menu includes a premium sake selection, Asian beers and Asian-inspired cocktails that call on spices such as lemongrass, ginger and turmeric as well as exotic fruits such as lychees. Red Ginger is a Pan-Asian wonder, where a blend of Thai, Korean, Japanese and other Asian specialties effortlessly combines tradition and innovation. Uncover the ritual of hand-rolled sushi introduced in the Edo period; the succulent, the curried spice of Malaysian beef penang and the layered flavors of miso-glazed sea bass wrapped in a hoba leaf.

At Aquamar Kitchen, the harmony of nourishing flavors, a bright and airy ambiance evoking an endless Mediterranean summer and just the right amount of indulgence revitalizes your body and your spirit. Mindfully prepared breakfast selections feature energizing cold-pressed raw juices and super food smoothies, satisfying avocado toasts, energy bowls, banana pancakes and savory omelets. For lunch, dozens of tempting and balanced dishes are offered, such as a hearty Lebanese bowl with beef kefta, falafel, muhammara, fattoush, aubergine caviar and pita bread; yellowfin tacos with white cabbage slaw; or even a crunchy chicken sandwich on a freshly baked whole grain bun. The chic seaside-inspired setting paired with a diverse collection of fresh, vibrant dishes is perfectly indulgent – without any of the guilt.

The only cold-pressed Raw Juice & Smoothie Bar at sea serves up tasty raw juices, plant-based smoothies and energy bowls at Waves Grill during breakfast on board Vista.

The Pizzeria at Waves Grill

Each evening as if by culinary alchemy, Waves Grill is transformed into an authentic Neapolitan trattoria with the pizza oven at the epicenter. Imagine you are in Capri overlooking the twinkling lights of Naples, as the alluring aroma of fresh pizza dough baking in a classic wood-fired forno wafts among the bougainvillea. Set the tone with a glass of dry chianti, then savor sweet and spicy dry-rubbed chicken wings, tender pork ribs or rosemary focaccia with lush burrata, plump tomatoes, peppery arugula and bold balsamic dressing. Afternoon Tea

Teatime is a celebratory daily event at four o’clock. As a classical string quartet plays softly, our staff presents bountiful four-tiered pastry carts filled with freshly made finger sandwiches, petits fours, scones and sinful desserts. Of course, a selection of traditional and artisanal teas is the centerpiece of this splendid afternoon pastime.

Combine the stylish flair of a Viennese coffee house with the warm smiles of your neighborhood café, then add 270-degree shimmering sea views and you have Baristas, a relaxed haven for coffee and fresh pastry afficionados. The Bakery

The enticing aroma of freshly baked pastries will draw guests from Baristas to Allura’s new Bakery just steps away. The perfect complement to your coffee might just be a French or Italian specialty fresh from the oven. Perhaps you’ll sample a flaky, ricotta-filled sfogliatella, a confection that hails from the Italian region of Campania. In fact, Martinis is refreshing its namesake cocktail with fresh new spirits selection, Mermaid gin and vodka. The bar is a glamorous destination that welcomes you to a warm, inviting setting amidst walls of shimmering glass under a canopy of crystal. You’ll also be able to choose from a tantalizing new collection of drinks called Hollywood Martinis, in addition to the already popular selection shaken tableside. Grand Lounge

Vista’s provocative Grand Lounge plays with shape and form to create visual elements that are striking even as they are understated. The color palette is an ode to metals and minerals with shades of bronze, onyx and alabaster lending both balance and interest. The resulting space evokes exclusivity — the feel of a luxurious private club — inviting guests to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner or a nightcap before retiring as they relive the day’s adventures with fellow explorers.

Casino Mixology Bar

A brand new experience on Vista focused entirely on the art of the cocktail, the Casino Mixology Bar is the place to gather to enjoy its unique selection of bourbons and ryes in addition to enjoying the tableside preparation of cocktails and spirits. The bar will likely become an Instagram favorite for serving readymade Negronis straight from the barrel and awesome “Flavor Blaster Gun” cocktails that are topped off with vapor filled bubbles with aromatic flavors.

Medical Facilities

Each ship is equipped with limited medical facilities and staffed by international medical personnel. Customary Emergency Room fees and charges do apply for medical services and are dictated by the services performed by the ship’s medical staff.

Our doctors are international and meet American College of Emergency Physicians and ICCL (International Council of Cruise Lines) guidelines, including: current physician licensure, three years of post-graduate / post-registration clinical practice in general and emergency medicine or Board certification in: emergency medicine, family practice or internal medicine or competent skill level in advanced life support and cardiac care.

Below are the medical services included with the Exclusive Prestige Package for the Around the World cruises:

• Any visits and admissions to the onboard Medical Center
• Any medical services typically provided by our onboard medical staff for which we normally charge a fee
• Any medical tests administered onboard (i.e. x-rays, ECG, labs, etc.)
• Any medications from our onboard pharmacy prescribed by the onboard doctor

The Exclusive Prestige Package medical services do NOT include the following:

• Refills on any prescription drugs not prescribed by the onboard doctor
• Any and all costs associated with transferring a guest to land-based facility for treatment
• Emergency medical evacuations charges (i.e. medical escort, transport, etc.)
• Any other costs incurred off the ship or by an outside provider (i.e. consults with Cleveland Clinic, shoreside referral, etc.)

Water Conservation & Management

Oceania Cruises has introduced the Gold Standard in still and sparkling water service on board with our new Vero Water® service. All suites and staterooms will be stocked with refillable and reusable Vero Water decanters as well as all restaurants and bars.

We have also expanded Vero service to our shoreside experience, providing guests with keepsake refillable water bottles to take Vero Water ashore with them, eliminating several million more bottles per year.

VERO Facts

Oceania Cruises became the first cruise line to introduce Vero Water, the gold standard in still and sparkling water. With the introduction of Vero, we will eliminate several million single-use plastic bottles per year from onboard use. Later in the year, we will extend Vero service to our shoreside experience, providing guests with keepsake refillable water bottles to take Vero Water ashore with them, eliminating several million more bottles per year.

Smoking Policy

For the safety and security of all guests and staff on board, Designated Smoking Areas are available on the forward, starboard corner of the Pool Deck and in the aft, port corner of Horizons. These areas are comfortably furnished and conveniently located near food and beverage areas. Smoking is expressly forbidden in all staterooms and suites, on verandas, or in any areas of the ship other than officially Designated Smoking Areas. Smoking in a stateroom or suite or on a veranda represents a serious fire and safety hazard to all guests and staff. Guests choosing to disregard this policy will be disembarked at the next port of call and may also be subject to additional fees that will be imposed to cover the costs associated with any damage to and the required cleaning of furnishings, verandas and surrounding deck and accommodation areas. All areas other than those specified as Designated Smoking Areas will remain smoke-free. This includes all guest suites and staterooms, verandas, restaurants, public areas, the Casino and all other areas of the ship. Cigar and pipe smoking is only permitted on the forward, starboard corner of the Pool Deck. The use of electronic cigarettes is allowed within designated smoking areas only.

Dress Code

Recommended onboard clothing is resort or country club casual. For evening dining, elegant casual resort wear is suggested. We request that casual jeans, shorts, t-shirts, baseball caps, or tennis shoes not be worn in the restaurants after 6 PM. Baseball caps may be worn in the Terrace Café after 6 PM. 

Special Dietary Requirements

Special arrangements can be made if you require diabetic, gluten-free, lactose-free, kosher, vegetarian and vegan meals. Other diets must be requested for approval and, in some cases, may require additional medical documentation.

We do offer Vegetarian meals onboard. We do not have a Vegetarian menu, however, guests are able to select dishes from our existing menus and the chefs will adapt the recipes to be in line with their dietary requirements.

Kosher Dining

Please contact special services at least 90 days in advance of your sailing so that we may provide your preferred selections.

The chefs of Oceania Cruises have worked with Sterling Kosher Catering to provide up to 70 kosher meal options, prepared with the finest USDA Certified glatt kosher meats, Grade A produce and ingredients, in facilities which are under strict Rabbinical supervision and daily USDA inspection. Each meal is frozen and delivered to our ships in double-wrapped packaging to allow the kosher meals to be reheated in non-kosher ovens. Each meal is served on kosher china with proper flatware.

While Oceania Cruises’ vessels do not have separate kosher kitchens, guests may also order a variety of kosher meats that can be cooked to taste (medium, well done, etc.) in addition to the Sterling Kosher Catering meal options. Please note that although the food is kosher, the onboard preparation and galley environments are not.

We are pleased to serve guests kosher meals in the Grand Dining Room restaurant. Please contact the Maître d’ to make arrangements once on board. We regret that kosher meals cannot be served in other restaurants at this time. Please contact reservations for additional information.

Age Restrictions

Although children and teenagers are welcome onboard, there are no specially designed amenities and facilities. Families travelling with Oceania should be aware that the on-board experience is focused around providing adults with a relaxing and sophisticated cruise.

Alcoholic Beverages

The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is limited to guests aged 21 years or older. Oceania Cruises reserves the right to prohibit and retain all alcohol bought ashore for consumption onboard the vessel. 

Guests who are 18 – 20 years of age can purchase and consume beer or wine when the ship is in international waters (3 miles out of US territorial waters). Guests who are between the ages of 18 and 20 years of age will not be allowed to consume any alcohol on any Alaska or New England sailings. For Caribbean sailings, they can consume beer and wine once the vessel leaves US territorial waters.

Aquamar Spa and Vitality Center

Guests must be 18 years or older to enter Aquamar Spa and Vitality Center.

Fitness Center

Guests must be 18 years or older to use any equipment provided in the on board Fitness Center, with the exception of children aged 16 or 17 years of age, who may use the equipment in this facility if accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian at all times. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Fitness Center.

Disabled Facilities

Guests with any medical condition(s) or special needs that may require treatment or attention or accommodation during the voyage, or needing to travel with medical apparatus, including wheelchairs, motorised scooters, oxygen therapy, etc., must advise Oceania Cruises in writing at the time of deposit. Please note some ports of call may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and in such cases, may disallow debarkation with a wheelchair or motorised scooter or for any individual with limited mobility. Oceania Cruises is unable to accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy. Oceania Cruises has the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who, in its judgment, is in a physical, mental or emotional condition unfit for travel or whose comfort onboard may be compromised due to situations beyond the care that can be provided by Oceania Cruises. Oceania Cruises will under appropriate circumstances permit its guests to use special equipment such as those noted above, which satisfy the criteria stated in the Oceania Cruises’ Policy Statement.

Gratuities: How much you choose to tip is a personal matter and completely at your discretion. For your convenience, the following gratuities are automatically added to your shipboard account.

• For guests occupying staterooms, gratuities of $18.00 per guest, per day will be added.
• For guests occupying Penthouse, Oceania, Vista or Owner’s Suites where Butler Service is provided, gratuities of $23.00 per guest, per day will be added.
• In addition, an 20% service gratuity is automatically added to all beverage purchases, spa services and dinner at La Reserve. Naturally, guests may adjust gratuities while on board the vessel at their sole discretion.
