I would like to reach out to our guests and advise what is currently happening while the Coronavirus Pandemic if affecting the world.
I think we can all agree this is one of the most serious predicaments that the UK and the wider world have found themselves in recent history and this is an emergency that is currently affecting all of our lives.
The team at Cruise365 and myself are working hard behind the scenes making sure:
- Repatriating our guests who are abroad to make sure they get back home safely.
- Advising guests travelling in the short term about travel restrictions and how the suppliers are compensating.
- Helping guests amend existing holidays if they need to within the guidelines of our travel partners.
- Making new future reservations for guests.
I am also working on systems so the team can work from home if need be and from today we will be telesales only for the duration of the current pandemic. This is for the good of our staff and our customers health (we also have childcare issues to contend with).

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday 9am to 3pm
Sunday – Closed

Existing Holiday Enquiries
The new telephone opening hours will allow the staff at Cruise365 to be able to help with guests repatriation who are currently abroad and will also help the team to make claims on guests behalf.
All of our guests currently abroad have our direct contact details, in the unlikely event you need to contact us out of hours please can you email email@example.com with the nature of your query, our team will get back to you as soon as possible and within 24 hours.
The Cruise365 team are here to talk to you over any concerns or any future travel, obviously at times the phones are busier than normal.
We are finding Cruise Lines and Airlines policies are changing constantly so will discuss these with you but please note advice given is as it is at the time of the call and is constantly changing.
On a personal note I hope all of our valued past and future customers, their family, friends and my own team stay safe and follow advice as given by the authorities. Your Health is the biggest priority and I can assure you that we will do everything we can at Cruise365 to follow all official guidance from government, trade bodies and our travel partners.
