The Caribbean

Main Caribbean Cruise Areas

There are 3 main areas which form part of the Caribbean. The Western, Eastern and Southern regions.  The Eastern region covers Islands such as St. Thomas, The Bahamas and St Maarten, Western covers Jamaica & Mexico whilst the Southern region covers Barbados and St Lucia to name a few. Sailings depart mainly from Florida however some do depart from Barbados and other islands depending on the cruise line.

Cruise 365 can customise your dream holiday

Cruise 365 are specialists in cruises and cruise & stay holidays in the Caribbean and can customise your holiday with additional nights or stopovers in many US destinations (with or without hotels). A popular choice with families is Orlando & the Caribbean combining the Magic of the Theme Parks with a cruise. Many of our guests choose to stay in Miami or Fort Lauderdale before sailing or extend their stay at the end of the cruise – the choice is literally yours.

How to Get There

Cruise 365 fly our guests from a large selection of UK airports, some with direct services and others via US gateway cities. P&O Cruises offer a dedicated direct charter flight on their Barbados sailings so with a wide range of airline partners, many of our guests take the opportunity of having a stopover before reaching their final destination or on their way home. New York is one of our most popular however many take the option of adding the bright lights of Las Vegas to their cruise – again the choice is endless!

Excursions

Whilst staying at your destination why not let us arrange an excursion for you - Cruise 365 can offer a wide selection of excursions in many destinations including Hop On/Hop Off city tours, Helicopter flights and popular city attractions. In Las Vegas, why not take a flight over the Grand Canyon, visit the Empire State Building in New York or visit the Everglades during your stay in Florida. For guests choosing to stay in Orlando we can arrange all theme park attraction tickets for you before you go.

Seasonality

Traditionally the best time to visit the Caribbean would be during the months of November to April as the climate is more favourable. Many of our cruise line partners have chosen to base their ships in the region year round offering an extended programme in this area.

Who Cruises in the Caribbean

The majority of our main cruise line partners offer holidays in this area including Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Cunard Line, P&O Cruises, Costa Cruise Lines, Fred Olsen, Oceania, Silversea and MSC.

Do I need a Visa

Guests holding a Full British Citizen passport with at least 6 months validity will require an ESTA visa to enter the United States. This must be arranged prior to travel at an approximate cost of $14 per person. Failure to have an ESTA in place may result in the denial of entry in to the US.
